Reservations and operation

It's easy. We have designed an intuitive platform for you to find the ideal excursion in just a few clicks. You can filter by accommodation area, type of activity or date. Once you have selected the excursion, you just have to add your details and confirm your reservation.

Select the tour, choose the date, number of people and your pick-up point, review the booking summary and proceed to the payment page, you're done!

Children are between 2 and 12 years old. Children under 2 years of age are considered infants and are free of charge (although they must be held on an adult's lap during the coach ride).

You will receive an email with your e-ticket and reservation number. In addition, you will see an on-screen confirmation upon completion of payment.

It is the digital proof of your reservation. It contains all the necessary information: date, number of people, excursion, pick-up point, etc. It must be given or shown to the guide to access the bus.

Yes, you can request changes up to 48 hours before departure. Write us with your reservation number and the new desired date. Changes are subject to availability.

We offer tours in several languages, and whenever possible we organize monolingual or bilingual groups for a more comfortable experience.

If for any reason we have to cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be able to choose between an alternative tour or a full refund.

  • Less than 24h before or no-show: non-refundable.
